Pacman

La figlia di una coppia di amici festeggia sempre il suo compleanno in concomitanza con il carnevale. Dato che D ha una ampia serie di maschere della mia infanzia fra cui può scegliere, ho deciso di preparare come regalo per la festeggiata proprio una maschera di carnevale, ma un po’ diversa dal solito… quella del fantasma Pacman. Dato che il tipino non è ancora interessato a fate e principesse, e soprattutto conosce benissimo il gioco (i genitori sono degli amanti dei vecchi videogiochi) ha apprezzato molto!
Per rendere ancora più divertente il regalo, ho abbinato anche la maschera di Pacman da regalare al fratello maggiore!

L’ispirazione è venuta da qui, ma il modello me lo sono costruito da sola sulla base delle misure disponibili dalle bimbe di casa.

he daughter of a couple of friends always celebrated her birthday during Carnival. Since D has a large number of my childhood’s costumes among which she can choose, I decided to make as birthday gift a Carnival costume, but a little bit different from the usual … the ghost of Pacman. Since the little girls is not yet interested in fairies and princesses, and most importantly she knows the game very well (her parents are lovers of old video games), she has enjoyed the gift very much!
To make it even more fun, I matched it with the Pacman costume to be given to the older brother!
The inspiration came from here, but the pattern is my own on the basis of the body measures of the the girls in my house.
